Debora Monserrat is a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and a Certified Substance Abuse Practitioner (CSAP) with a passion for helping individuals reclaim their lives from mental health challenges.
With a robust background spanning over ten years, Debora's experience is both deep and diverse. She has served patients in inpatient hospitals, outpatient clinics, partial hospitalization programs (PHP), and medical-surgical consultation-liaison services at renowned health networks like St. Luke's University Health Network. This extensive hospital-based experience means she is skilled at managing complex and acute psychiatric conditions.
Driven by a commitment to accessible care, Debora has focused her practice on telepsychiatry with leading platforms like TalkSpace and Array Behavioral Care. She is proficient in treating a wide range of conditions including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, and ADHD.
As a bilingual provider (English/Spanish) of Argentine heritage, Debora possesses a unique cultural competence that allows her to connect deeply and effectively with a diverse patient population. She believes in establishing strong therapeutic relationships, providing life skills, and using her organizational talents to ensure each patient achieves their personal objectives.
